Rachel Walmsley

Rachel Walmsley works with businesses and social enterprises to develop their business strategy. Her areas of expertise include development planning and governance.

Rachel also works as a consultant in schools using transformational learning tools including Visualisation and Peer Coaching. For over eight years she has run ‘Creating a Coaching Culture’, which has been successfully implemented by over 100 schools nationally.

Rachel is keen to work with any organisation that is ready for change, where individuals take responsibility, and where all stake holders become the solution they want to see.

Rachel is co-author of The Little Book of Visualisation.
